Cancellation Policy

Thank you for considering your reservation with No.10 Bar & Restaurant.

For all reservations we kindly request that diners give us notification of a cancellation or if an amendment is required.

For reservations of 10 or more, we require a non-refundable £10.00 per person deposit. This will be deducted from the total bill on your visit. Should your numbers decrease we require 24 hours notice otherwise the deposit will be retained.

Deposits should be paid 48 hours after the time of booking.

A reminder email will be send prior to the reservation if the deposit has not been paid and if we do not hear back within 24hours then the reservation will be released.

For reservations in the boardroom, we will require 14 days' notice of cancellation, otherwise the deposit will be retained. 

Should you be running late for your reservation we politely ask that you contact us. Tables will be held for 15 minutes and the reservation will be released if no contact has been made.

To ensure that we can cater for you appropriately, please notify us of any dietary requirements prior to your visit.

By making a reservation at No.10 Bar & Restaurant you agree to our cancellation terms.

Bookings

For parties of 6 or more please call the restaurant to make a reservation.

For parties of 10 or more we require a £10.00 per person deposit to confirm the reservation, please click HERE for our cancellation policy.

We have a private dining room which seats parties up to 14. Minimum numbers required for this room are 10.

Child Policy

Children and young persons up to 18 years must be accompanied by an adult to be allowed entry to the premises and only when having a meal. Under 18s must vacate the premises by 20.00. Children and young persons are allowed entry to all the public parts of the premises but children and young persons up to 16 years old are not allowed at or immediately adjacent to the bar. No.10 Bar & Restaurant operates to ensure public safety and protect children from harm so it is a requirement that all children must vacate the premises by 20.00.
