Say hello to our new winter inspired No.10 Chalet on the Terrace!

Launching Thursday 15th October, we will be bringing Scottish chalet vibes, a new hearty menu and warming drinks to fit with the colder season...think Highland Steak Stovies, Chicken Schnitzel, Chalet Burgers, Fondue Fries & more plus Warm Mulled Wine & Spiced Apple Cider to name just a few!

Our opening hours will be –

Monday to Thursday – 4pm to 10pm – Food served from 5pm to 8.30pm (Last drink orders 10.15pm)

Friday & Saturday – 12noon to 10pm – Food served from 12noon to 8.30pm (Last drink orders 10.15pm)

Sunday – 12noon to 10pm – Food served from 12noon to 8pm

As per guidance our marquee area will be open to elements and although we will have some heating, we do recommend you dress appropriately and wrap up warm.

Monday to Thursday - 12noon to 2pm, 5pm to 8pm (Last seating at 6.30pm)

Friday, Saturday & Sunday - 12noon to 8pm (last seating at 6.30pm)

As per guidance we will not be permitted to serve alcohol indoors from Friday 9th October at 6pm until Sunday 26th October.

Our main priority is the safety and wellbeing of our customers and staff and as such as we have created house guidelines to adhere to – click here to read in full.

Before your visit please make yourself familiar with our guidelines and the key information.

Failure to adhere to our measures may result in your group being asked to leave the premises.

We will be operating on a slightly different opening hours in initial stages:

Bookings

Bookings can be made online here - please adhere to Scottish Government rules in respect to meeting others - we ask you to act responsibly at all times.

We will be following the current Government guidance and from Monday 14th September, you will be able to meet people from no more than 1 other household at a time in a group of no more than 6 people (Children under 12 from the 2 households do not need to maintain physical distance and do not count towards the total number of people at the gathering). This applies to both outdoor and indoor gatherings.

Face coverings must be worn while customers are not at their table (Entering the building, visiting restrooms or at any other time while moving around the venue).

We will have a 2 hour time limit on tables at this time but where possible we will allow you to remain.

Booking is highly recommended to ensure you secure a table. Please arrive at your confirmed arrival time - if you are late, we will have the right to release your table. It may not be possible to fulfil specific table requests at this time.

In line with Government guidance we are obliged to take your contact details should it be required to assist with NHS Test and Protect. We will have a QR code on arrival along with a hard copy booklet if required.

The Scottish Government have issued guidance for customers visiting hospitality premises. They explain what you should do and what to expect when you visit them.

Service

We will be operating with a 1 metre physical distancing zone – please follow the advice of staff and observe physical distancing.

Your dedicated server will be with you to take your order at a safe distance – please do not visit the bar or service areas.

We will bring all food, drink and utensils to you in a safe manner – please remain seated where possible. All of our staff have been trained on all new measures in place.

Toilets will be in use with directional signage and walkway systems in place.

Card payments preferred – contactless and apple pay all accepted.

Safe Dining

Upon visiting, you will be welcomed by our dedicated host who will guide you to your table.

Please make yourself comfortable at your table – we politely ask you not to move furniture as it has been positioned to meet social distance measures.

Avoid close contact with others and observe safety signage throughout your visit.

Cleaning and Sanitising

Please read and adhere to our full COVID guidelines which have been created for your safety and make use of our hands-free hand sanitiser dispensers.

Our staff will be cleaning at regular intervals with stringent procedures in place and have been trained on all covid19 policies.

Wellness

Please only visit if you are feeling well – please do not put others and our team at risk.

We will be carrying out routine temperature checks of our staff and again employees will only be on duty if they are feeling well.

Garden

Please respect the gardens and surrounding areas at all times. Alcohol must not leave or be removed from our dedicated licenced area. Please use bins provided and be mindful of our residents in the area.
